DRGNSS Stealth Assault Drone

The DRGNSS stealth assault drone was developed by Ingrum Robotics in a response to the incredibly positive feedback from consumers of the DRGN combat drone line and a requirement for a stealth tech equipped automated combat drone. The DRGNSS is constructed to resemble a standard dragon, it's slimmer frame lending towards a feminine appearance. Plated in hyper reactive nano-polymer alloy, the DRGNSS is highly resistant to small arms fire and explosives.

Stealth Systems

The DRGNSS's main feature is its Auto-Chromatic Shielding. The ACS is a self repairing covering of pigment producing nanites that can almost perfectly replicate the area surrounding the drone, rendering the DRGNSS nearly invisible. Problems arise from the inability to properly display depth from all angles at once. The drone is also installed with silenced joints.

Weapon Systems

Stock on all DRGNSS units are suppressed Brecken Arms M-11 7.62x51 light machine guns mounted coaxial with the head, behind retractable panels just above the jaw line. The DRGNSS is equipped with an incredibly diverse and powerful electronic warfare package, able to disrupt, confuse, disable, and reprogram a variety of devices. DRGNSS also has the capability of employing an high impulse EMP in both a radial and directed fashion through the use of a Kromlin V-3 EM generator. In the chest cavity, behind two retraction plates, is housed a 80mm kinetic induction gauss cannon, the completely silent weapon allowing the drone to operate covert priority target elimination missions. The DRGNSS is equipped with retractable armor piercing claws and teeth. Non-lethal weaponry consists of smoke canister launcher located in the flanks of the drone and a high frequency sonic pacification system located in the mouth.

Power Systems

The DRGNSS is equipped with a miniaturized Tams-Harvey fusion reactor. Unfortunately the reactor is unable to power the DRGNSS while it is active for more than sixteen hours. The unit must shutdown and enter a sleep mode, in which all in unnecessary systems are deactivated and the unit's batteries are recharged by the reactor. The DRGNSS unit is also capable of "eating" and "drinking", the unit can consume nutritional organic matter and process it in a chemical reactor to supplement power to its batteries, using any cold liquids as coolant for its reactor. Waste is deconstructed by internal nanite factories.

Flight Systems

Flight is obtained through large thrusters located where a living dragon's wings would be. The near silent powerful ion thrusters can push the DRGNSS unit up to speeds exceeding 400 miles per hour. Steering is achieved by way of adjusting the main engines, the head, and the tail in flight.
